Section 1

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work as intended, to improve the experience for returning visitors, and to provide information to website operators about how their pages are used.

Cookies do not contain personal information such as your name or payment details. They identify your browser or device and remember certain preferences or interactions.

You can control which cookies are set through the preference panel on this page, or through your browser settings — instructions for the most common browsers are provided below.

Section 2

Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

Always Active

These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be disabled. They include session management, security tokens, and your cookie consent preference itself.

Duration: Session or up to 12 months for consent storage.

Analytics Cookies

These help us understand how visitors navigate our website — which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and where they arrive from. This information is used in aggregate to improve the site and is not used to identify individuals.

Example provider: Google Analytics. Duration: Up to 24 months.

Marketing Cookies

These cookies are used to understand the effectiveness of any online advertising and to show content that may be relevant to your interests on other platforms. They are set by third-party services.

Example providers: Google Ads, Meta Pixel. Duration: Up to 13 months.

Preference Cookies

These remember choices you have made — such as language or display settings — so you do not need to set them on each visit.

Duration: Up to 12 months.

Section 3

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our website are set by third-party services that appear on our pages. These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review:

  • Google Analytics — website usage statistics and visitor behaviour reporting.
  • Google Maps — an embedded map on our home page to help you find our office.
  • Meta / Facebook — used for advertising effectiveness measurement if marketing cookies are accepted.

Section 4

Cookie Duration

Cookies can be categorised by how long they remain on your device:

Session Cookies

These exist only while your browser session is open. They are deleted automatically when you close your browser.

Persistent Cookies

These remain on your device until their expiry date or until you delete them. They enable the website to remember you on future visits.
